Happy Holidays from the Canna Hemp family!
Christmas Eve is also “Eggnog Day” Here’s a recipe for the holidays of traditional eggnog with the added benefits of CBD.
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup plus 1 extra tablespoon of sugar
1 pint of whole milk
1 cup of heavy cream
3 ounces of bourbon
1 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg
4 egg whites
1 bottle of Canna Hemp™ 500mg “Natural” elixir
Instructions:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the egg yolks until they lighten in color.
- Gradually add the 1/3 cup sugar and continue to beat until it is completely dissolved.
- Add the milk, cream, bourbon and nutmeg and stir to combine.
- Place the egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat to soft peaks.
- With the mixer still running, gradually add the 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk the egg whites into the mixture.
- Add the Canna Hemp™ CBD Natural Elixir and stir.
- Chill for two hours.
- Stir a few more times before serving as the CBD oil can separate. Enjoy!
